CMHS' Super Bowl predictions

Students gave their input on their thoughts on what teams they wanted to go to the Super Bowl this season.

“Ravens are going to win all the way,” Officer Watts said.

Many people had their eyes on the Ravens going all the way. They just didn’t pull it off.

“Lamar is the best quarterback,” Officer Watts said.

You can argue with that because he does have characteristics that some don’t like, such as speed and agility.

“Jay Flowers is going to have the most touchdowns,” Officer Watts said.

Overall, that is a good pick because he did have a good season.

“Usher is going to sing at the halftime show; they already announced that,” Watts said.

Usher is a great singer known for all his big hits, and that would be great for the Super Bowl.

“All I know is that I hated Green Bay. I am happy they are out,” Officer Watts said.

Green Bay is a good team, but many people hate them. People hate them because Aaron Rodgers played for them. However, they are a good team because they are young but still well-rounded.

“Both of those are good games right there,” Officer Watts said.

Those are both great matchups because they are both powerhouses with great players.

“Lions is a good team. With them being from Detroit, this is the best they have been in a long time.” Officer Watts said.

The Lions pulled off history this year, making the playoffs and winning some in 32 years.

“That was sad, but I think they still have a good chance of pulling it off and going to the Super Bowl,” Officer Watts said.

The 49ers are on a good run and won the game without Debo, even though he is a big factor.

“Lamar, as you said earlier, is a good quarterback, so I think he can actually pull it off and take it all the way home,” Officer Watts said.

Lamar is capable of taking it all the way home. He is still young and can scramble and make plays.

“The Chiefs are a good team, but I think they are a little overrated,” Officer Watts said.

The Chiefs have a lot of hype around them. They are the most favored.

“Taylor Swift is going to sing at the Super Bowl,” Officer Watts believed.

“I really want the Chiefs to win, but I wanted the Lions to be their opponent in the Superbowl.” Joseph Lewis said.

A lot of people want the Chiefs to win. They are the favorites. The Lions did the greatest they have ever done in a long time.

“Patrick Mahomes has more experience,” Lewis said.

Patrick Mahomes is definitely one of the best quarterbacks in the league because of his achievements and what he has been able to accomplish in the NFL at an early age.

Christian McCaffrey is the best running back in the matchup right now, but the Chiefs do have a good defense,

“The Ravens were good, but I already knew they wouldn’t win. They were not used to playing those types of teams. That was the Lions’ first year getting that far. I really did want them to win. They got a nice team and a lot of good rookies,” Lewis said.

The Ravens did have a lot of hype around them. Also, they are a good team. The Lions did very well, with a lot of rookies stepping up.

“This is a good matchup because the 49ers played them a couple of years ago, and they lost, so we will see if they get back,” Lewis said.

That would be great revenge for the 49ers because of how they lost in the past years.
