Track conditioning provides an excellent way to develop progress and be prepared.
Conditioning will start around January to start the season off indoors. Many students are excited to begin, and the new first-year students want to see what they offer.

"I'm excited about the season, especially with the new freshman coming in, and what we can do as a team,” Aaliyah Eubanks said.
Other students are excited to do better and achieve more of their goals this season than last year. But they also want to improve their performance overall.
"I think the most exciting part about this year will be competing and PRing (personal records)," Melanie Clark said.
Also, the athletes are excited about what everyone will do this year and how it will affect the team.
"Track is exciting enough. I love pushing out of blocks and hearing the crowds go wild,” Lauren Glover said.
The coaches are also looking forward to it, but coach Apy (Price) recently gave birth to another child. So everyone is curious about what will be happening on who's coaching this year.
All former athletes are excited to see the new incoming athletes, how they'll perform this year, and what they can accomplish for the team.
"I feel like it's going to be a lot of drama this year with the freshman, but I'm chillin' and watching from a distance,” Lauren Glover said.
The team is excited to see what's happening in the coming months.
¨I Hope to work hard this season, work adhesive, and work together to be a better team this year and make it state,” Eubanks said,
