“I think everyone should pay attention to those who look sad or tired, who walk in class with their head down on the desk or who always have their hoods on,” Mrs. Allen said.
As a community, we should pay attention to those signs. It is important to make sure that we check in on one another and pay attention to each other’s mental health.
” I believe everyone needs someone to support them and talk to them when it gets dark,” said Mrs. Allen.

” I think we can exercise and have a positive mindset,” Mr. Lentz said.

” I think we need to increase awareness,” Mr. Lentz said.

” I think it’s from past trauma and stress,” Mr. Lentz said.
